A species of large, heavy-bodied snake, Boas are found in North, Central, and South America, as well as some islands in the Caribbean. Boa Constrictors are commonly found in private collections and public displays. Their color pattern is often highly variable yet distinctive and many cultivar "morphs" ares available.
