FAQ/Terms

Store Policy

Shipping Expectations: Full payment is required before shipping. Shipping is via Fedex scheduled to maximize successful and safe shipping of all animals unless local delivery options are agreed upon. Scheduled ship dates are Tuesday through Wednesday dependent on safe shipping conditions.

Payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal Goods & Services, Venmo, Zelle, Wire Transfer, Cash. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.

Payment plans: We accept payment plans on a case-by-case basis, with a 25% non-refundable deposit (minimum $50) and the balance paid 30-60-90 days as agreed.

Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.

Sales / Shipping Guarantee:

1. If R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles will refund 100% of the money paid, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.

2. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition.

3. R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.

4. R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.

5. R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery.

6. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles will provide refund or replacement.

7. R&D Exotics / Rich Crowley Reptiles is not responsible for animal temperament.
